Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DsnEngr runs dsnengr.com and sells Maestro, an Astro + Keystatic content site template. You can reach us at idsnengr@gmail.com.

2. Buying Maestro

Maestro costs $129 USD, paid once. Local taxes are added at checkout based on your billing country.

Payment is handled by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem's checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.

3. Delivery

You need a GitHub account. We deliver Maestro as an invite to the private dsnengr-studio/maestro repository on GitHub.

You enter your GitHub username at checkout. Within 24 hours of your Creem receipt, we invite that username to the repository.

If you entered the wrong username, reply to your Creem receipt or email idsnengr@gmail.com.

4. Updates

You get 12 months of updates to the repository from the date you buy. This is not access expiry. After 12 months you keep the code you received. Free updates stop.

5. License

• One purchase covers one project.
• That project can be your own site or one site for a client.
• Client work counts as one project per license. Another site needs another license.
• You may not resell or redistribute the Maestro source as a template or theme.

6. Refunds

• You can get a full refund any time before you accept the GitHub invite.
• After you have access, we refund only if the template does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
• If we refund you, we remove your access to the repository.
• To ask for a refund, email idsnengr@gmail.com.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
